Wednesday 2nd Apr Only 36 hours until we're heading up to Echuca and getting ready for the Murray to Moyne. My current emotions are, Excited, Nervous and Curious.I have been training a lot on zwift and I think it has really helped my fitness. But there a few other key things that you need to be aware of when actually riding on the bike. Body Position greatly affects how aero and how fast you can go. Using the whole pedal stroke when you're riding can also give you a big power boost as you are using different muscles for essentially the same effort or even lower. This means you can ride faster for longer.
